Wake County just hit 1 million residents. That is a growth rate of about 63 people a day. The real estate possibilities for both buyers and sellers is extraordinary. Over the past 10 years Raleigh and the surrounding area have grown more than any other metropolitan area in the country, and is consistently top ranked by CNN, MSN, Forbes and other publications.

Born and raised in the Metro Washington DC area, Phillip is no stranger to rapid growth and highly competitive housing markets. He cut his teeth in real estate early, buying and selling multiple properties in Northern Virginia, and has been personally vested in the market since 2003.

In 2012 he and his family, like so many others, fell in love with North Carolina. They packed up and made Wake County their new home. And much like their investments in DC, Phillip has purchased and managed multiple properties in the triangle area.

Real estate has always been a personal passion; however, Phillip’s professional background was in sales of a different sort. Phillip honed his sales and negotiating skills with one of the world’s most prolific brands, Porsche. During the course of his career with Porsche he was consistently top ranked worldwide in both sales and customer service. He has applied the same zeal for relationships, diligence, and tenacious negotiation skills to every aspect of his successful real estate business.
