Born and raised in the Metro Washington DC area, Phillip is no stranger to rapid growth and highly competitive housing markets. He cut his teeth in real estate early, buying and selling properties in Northern Virginia, and has been personally vested in the market since 2003.
In 2012 he and his family, like so many others, fell in love with North Carolina. They packed up and made Raleigh their new home. Much like their investments in DC, Phillip has purchased and managed multiple properties in the triangle area.

Phillip honed his sales and negotiating skills with one of the world’s most prolific brands, Porsche. Born and raised in Vermont, Kristy ventured to North Carolina in 2008 in pursuit of a Nursing degree. During which, she received outstanding declarations and was recruited by Duke University Hospital system. After years of Real Estate investing and a strong passion for the industry, she pursued and received her Real Estate license in 2016. Finally finding a way to marry her two passions: real estate and helping people.

Before too long, his love for people and faith in God landed him working for a large church in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina where he also invested himself in the Real Estate Rental market. Wes jumped into the Medical Equipment industry in 2013 which brought him and his wife to Raleigh where they have bought and sold homes in the hustle of Downtown Raleigh, the suburbs of Cary, and the laid-back country feel of Duncan.
Throughout his career, he’s been one of, if not the top producer in his fields. He devotes his success in multiple industries to an unwavering commitment to excellence and honesty, good communication, and a genuine care for the person he’s working with. He's been married to his wife Lia since 2011 and they have four children (all less than three years apart) and a pet pig named Kevin Bacon…true statement!
